Fit Forever Movement & Balance
Our Movement & Balance instructor starts you off and in chair and ends you up with a fun and energizing dance workout that keeps you limber and lively.
Must be 65 or over

Fit Forever: Strength, Stretch, and Range of Motion
Dancing not your thing, but you want to stay strong, join our Fit Forever strengthening class. Light movement, weights for your level, and other toning activities designed for the over 65 group.

Fit Forever Yoga
Join us in our brand new mind.body studio to strengthen and stretch the body while relaxing the mind. Gain a calm balance of the whole you in a program conscious of your age. It's never too late to learn Yoga, and this class is great for beginners.
